This is our story
Our story has its roots in the personal experiences of each of us.
We started working independently of each other in this beautiful industry. However, we soon learned about the not-so-sunny side.
The industry, like many other things, is dominated by men. And as a young, aspiring woman, this quickly becomes a major disadvantage.
We're not sugarcoating things here - the experiences were terrible. They ranged from bullying and harassment over humiliation up to assault. Many of you know this situation.
You try to justify the other person's actions, look for faults in yourself, think that you are perhaps too sensitive or maybe simply scared for your
place and reputation in the industry and the job. So you shut up and carry on. It was no different for us.
Until the time when our three founders, Nina, Cozy and Luna, worked in the same place. History repeated itself one last time and we were fed the f*ck up. We founded Ragequit.
The place where we were finally safe, free and independent. It didn't take long for the news to spread, and the first artists reached out to us.
They knew these situations exactly. And so, they joined us. We are proud to have created a place where talented, extraordinary women gather and finally share their passion without fear.
We are a lot of things.
Friends, a family, a coven of sisters on their journey of revolution.
But mostly, we are angry.
And we are never alone.
We are Ragequit.
